A return visit after decades to a childhood vacation spot allowed me to relive some joyous moments. Such opportunities seldom come along, and when they do, they are often a major disappointment. But my return to Lakeside, Ohio lived up to the memories. I grew up in a family filled with love, a wondrous gift that I wish every child had. A better childhood could not have been had. |
